Intro to the Blog:

I am glad you have decided to visit my blog! Let me keep you informed about my life, away from other distractions. (Posted on March 12, 2024)

I am glad you have decided to visit my blog!

Aaron here.

Starting from high school, I've written yearly-life updates, and now, as a recent graduate with a Media, Information, and Technology degree from Western University (Dean's List) and a Certificate in Marketing Management from Dalhousie University, I aim to continue sharing my experiences and insights in this evolving digital landscape through this blog.

In my line of work, I've seen firsthand how the media influences everything from our relationships to our worldviews. Media and tech has the power to bring about good change, but I also recognize that it has drawbacks, such as the potential to manipulate information, impact your mental health and invade people's privacy. The complexities of content production and message distribution are something I've come to respect over my career.

Although I have made a living from my love of entertainment, marketing, media, digital and tech, the topics covered in this blog will extend sometimes beyond my professional life.

Despite my career, I've decided to cut back on my social media use this past year when not working, and it was the best decision I had ever made. I've come to realize that there are other ways to express myself.

While I'll maintain professional accounts, I prefer to keep personal matters private. However if you still want to be informed about my life - I will occasionally make an update on here.

My interests, progress in self-discovery, and travelogues will all be detailed here. Finally, I will keep up with my yearly life update, sharing thoughts on how time flies, and how much has changed in my life or the world of technology/industry changes and more.

Looking forward to sharing more as life goes on.

Best,

A
